Who runs this: The f*ckedupness movement and its content are operated by Luca Casablanca ("we," "us"). We are the data controller for information collected here. You can reach us any time at coach@lucacasablanca.com.
What we collect
Your email address — only if you choose to subscribe to the daily quote.
Basic usage data — anonymous analytics about how people use the site (pages viewed, cards drawn, shares), via Google Analytics, and only after you accept cookies.
We do not collect names, payment details, or sensitive personal information on this site.
How we collect it
Email addresses are collected through the signup form on this site (fuckedupness.coach) and stored by our email provider, MailerLite. Analytics are collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, only if you consent via the cookie banner.
A note on our two addresses. You may join the movement at fuckedupness.coach, but the daily emails are sent from lucacasablanca.com. Both are run by the same person — Luca Casablanca — who is the single controller of your data. Using two domains changes nothing about how your information is handled or protected.
How we use it
To send you the daily quote you signed up for.
To understand, in aggregate, how the movement is spreading, so we can improve it.
We will never sell your data, rent it, or share it for anyone else's advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make this work: MailerLite (to store your email and deliver the newsletter) and Google (analytics). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. That's it.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
Unsubscribe — every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it — email coach@lucacasablanca.com and we'll handle it promptly.
If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR) or a US state like California (CCPA/CPRA), you have additional rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of "sale/share" of your data. We honor all of them. We do not sell or share your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies
We use analytics cookies only after you click "accept" on the banner. Decline and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind by clearing your browser storage for this site. We use Google Consent Mode so tracking stays off until you say yes.
How long we keep it
Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data follows Google's standard retention settings.
Children
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the site.
